The GOLD MEDAL winner of the 2015 Service Club Olympics is…

Great fun was had by all at this annual event! The competition was fierce, well done everyone!
The Lions Club, Exchange Club, Fremont Soroptimist, The Kiwanis Club and Rotary Club of Fremont participated in events that were designed to promote various products and services that are all available in Downtown Fremont. Gold, silver and bronze medals were awarded in each event. Teams winning medals were awarded points that were accumulated throughout the day and were totaled to determine the overall Gold Medal Winner.

A book signing at DaVinci’s Gallery and Coffee House with local author Krista Michaels will be from 10a.m.-1p.m. Michaels is the co-author of Fremont Then & Now: A Pictorial History of Progress and Change, Fremont Where History Lives: Historic Homes and Architecture and Fremont Panorama: History Through a Wide-Angle Lens. Books are available for purchase at DaVinci’s Gallery and Coffee House.
